Buxton & al] Mr. Kingsbury, from the Joint standing Committee on the Judiciary, on the Petitions of David Thurlo & others, Henry Stephenson & others, Moses Little & others, Cyrus Hall & Josiah Cross, William Buxton & others, reported that the Petitioners have leave, severally, to withdraw their Petitions. The Reports were severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred. [Order relating to Towns, Town Meetings, &c] The same Gentleman, from the same Committee, on an order of 30th February 1830 instructing said Committee to inquire into the expediency of altering the Law regulating Towns, Town Meetings, &v, reported that it is inexpedient to Legislate upon the subject .
