Senate Feby 19th. 1824.-

[Order respecting Deaf & Dumb] On motion of Mr. McDonald, Ordered that the Secretary of State lay before the Legislature, all returns made to his office, pursuant to a Resolve of Feb. 6th. 1823, to ascertain the number of deaf and dumb persons in this State: sent down for concurrence: concurred.

[Resolves] Mr. Dennett from the committee to whom was referred the account of Ebenezer C. Wilder reported a Resolve in favor of Ebenezer C. Wilder, which was read once and committed, and 2 oclock P.M. assigned for a 2d reading.-

Resolve to correct the State valuation was read and passed to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence: concurred.-

[Bill] Bill to incorporate the Bar Mill Bridge proprietors, was read twice and passed to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence : concurred.

Mr. McDonald from the committee on an order upon that subject, reported a

[Resolves] Resolve providing for a State Arsenal, which was read once, and committed and 3 oclock P.M. assigned for a 2d reading.-

Mr. Dennett from the committee to whom was referred the accounts of Anson G. Chandler and Rufus K. Lane, reported a Resolve relating to the accounts of Anson G. Chandler and Rufus K. Lane; which was read and passed to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence : concurred.-
