The said Resolve was read and indefinitely postponed in concurrence. [Bill. Notices in Contested Elections] The Bill entitled "An act requiring notice to be given in cases of contested elections" came up, having passed the House to be Engrossed, as taken into a New Draft, for concurrence. The Senate receded from their former vote, substituted the New Draft for the original Bill and passed the same to be Engrossed, in concurrence. [Bill. State valuation] The Bill entitled "An act to ascertain the amount and description of Estates and of certain description of Persons within this State, came up, having passed the House to be engrossed as amended, for concurrence. The Senate so far receded from their former vote as to agree to the amendments proposed by the House, and passed the said Bill to be Engrossed as thus amended, in concurrence.
