[1824 February 24.]

[Bill] afternoon.- Bill to prevent, the buying and selling of dormant titles, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, was read once and referred to the next Legislature : sent down for concurrence.-

[Order concerning adjournment] On motion of Mr. McDonald, Ordered that both branches of the Legislature adjourn tomorrow at 11 oclock in the fore noon, without day : sent down for concurrence : concurred.

[Message] A message was then received from the House informing that the House had voted to have a session evening, to commence at 7 oclock.- and On motion, ordered that when the Senate do adjourn, they adjourn to 7 oclock this evening.-

[Resolves] Resolve in favor of the, messengers of the Legislature and certain other persons, came up in a new draft in which the Senate concur and pass the same to be engrossed.-

Mr. Wheeler from the committee of conference upon the Resolve relating to the erection of a Court House in Lincoln County, reported that the Senate adhere to their vote whereby they passed the same to be engrossed: Read, and accepted, and the Senate do according adhere to their said votes.-

[Bill] Bill to incorporate the Sebago Pond Steam Navigation Company," came up, and the House adopt sundry amendments, in which the Senate concur and pass the same to be engrossed.-
