An Act to enable persons to incorporate themselves as a body politic, for the purpose of purchasing land for burying grounds [Titles of Acts.] additional act respecting Banks. to authorize towns in the county of Kennebec to associate together to build an almshouse for the support of their poor. to establish the Kennebec Ferry Company. for the preservation of Kennebec Bridge. for the preservation of the South West Bend Bridge. additional act respecting the appointment of Clerks of the Judicial Courts. to incorporate the Maine Manufacturing Company for the encouragement and improvement of Machinery and colouring and dressing cloth. in addition to an act to incorporate the President Directors & Company of the Vassalborough Bank. ceding to the United States the jurisdiction of a certain tract of land in the town of Castine. in addition to the several acts for the regulation of Innholders, Retailers and common victuallers limiting the tenure of the Office of the Adjutant General. to incorporate the Ellsworth Mutual Fire Insurance Company. to incorporate the Somerset Mutual Fire insurance Company. to incorporate the Maine Congregational Charitable Society. additional act to establish the Cumberland and Oxford Canal Corporation. additional act to establish a court of Common Pleas to incorporate the town of Oxford. providing for the appointment of surveyors of logs at the side booms in Topsham and Brunswick in Androscoggin river and for reducing the total on logs that may be rafted out and secured near said booms above the falls. additional act establishing the times of holding the Supreme Judicial Court within this State. to incorporate the Winthrop agricultural Society. to incorporate the South Parish in the town of Bridgeton. incorporating the Master Warden & members of Fraternal Lodge.
