Mr Swan of Portland, moved a reconsideration of the vote of yesterday, postponing indefinitely the Resolve to aid the inhabitants of Fryeburg, and the House assigned Monday next at ten oclock to consider the motion.

Bill - authorizing the reduction of the Capital Stock of the Waterville Bank, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence

The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - additional act respecting the Fishery in the seven mile brook in Vassalboro' - to incorporate the Abyssinian Religious Society of Portland - to incorporate the Central Bank - - to incorporate the Female Orphan Asylum of Portland which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The same committee reported as duly engrossed, Resolve relating to the Northeastern Boundary - - in relation to aggressions upon the Northeastern Frontier of this State. - - making appropriation for expenses of the State Arsenal - - for the relief of John Hobbs - - in favor of Caleb Jewett & others - - for the benefit of Waterville College - - in favor of James Irish - which were severally finally passed.
