Mr Swan of Portland, moved a reconsideration of the vote of yesterday, postponing indefinitely the Resolve to aid the inhabitants of Fryeburg, and the House assigned Monday next at ten oclock to consider the motion.

Bill - authorizing the reduction of the Capital Stock of the Waterville Bank, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence

The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - additional act respecting the Fishery in the seven mile brook in Vassalboro' - to incorporate the Abyssinian Religious Society of Portland - to incorporate the Central Bank - - to incorporate the Female Orphan Asylum of Portland which were severally passed to be enacted.
