Bill - additional act to regulate the taking of fish in Dyers River, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - relating to Cathance Bridge, was read a third time & passed to be in engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - additional Act to prevent the destruction of Fish in Denny's River and Pinmaquan, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Daniel Rose, was read once and Wednesday next at ten oclock assigned for a 2nd reading.

The House recommitted the report of the committee of Finance in relation to the amount of the State Tax to be assessed the present year.

Bill - regulating within this State the agencies of Insurance Companies established or incorporated without the same was read 1st & 2d time and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Bill - to increase the toll of Ferry point Bridge, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

The House refused to consider their vote postponing indefinitely the Resolve to aid the inhabitants of Fryburg.
