Report on the petition of Amos Patten & others granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
Bill to incorporate the town of Wellington, came from the Senate that body refusing to adopt the amendment of the Senate at Y. - The House recede from their vote adopting said amendment & pass the Bill to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
