Agreeably to assignment the two Houses met in convention for the purpose of electing seven Counsellors, Messrs Dennet, Williams, Miller, Smith, Fuller, Webb, Cummings and Johnson, appointed a committee reported that the whole number of votes given by the convention was 159.
