Senate February 9th, 1825. -

[Bill]

A message was received from the House informing that they had amended the engrossed Bill incorporating the Union Bank,” and requesting the concurrence of the Senate therein. -

[Messages]

And the Senate concur with the House in a part of their amendments, nonconcur them in others, and adopt further amendments in the same; and a message was sent to the House informing them of the same and requesting their concurrence. -

The Bill then came up concurred, with an order that the same be reengrossed, in which the Senate concurred. -

The Senate then took up the Bill incorporating the Canal Bank,” and passed the same to be engrossed, the question being taken by yeas and nays as follows, viz. – Yeas. Messrs. Scammon, Dunlap, Dunn, Churchill, Whitney, Shepard, Holland, Ripley, Kelsey, Campbell and Southwick. 11

Nays, Messrs. Prime, Parsons, Green, Stebbins, Fairbanks, Lord and Parlin. 7
