The same committee reported as duly engrossed Bill, ceding to the United States the jurisdiction of a certain tract of land in the town of Cape Elizabeth. -

- an additional act for the relief of Poor Debtors - 
- additional to an act establishing the times of holding the S.J. Court within this State.

which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve on the Pay Roll of the Senate, was read 1st & 2nd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

The committee on engrossed Bills, reported as duly engrossed Bill - to repeal the laws which provide for the appointment of Road Commissioners - which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The same committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve making an appropriation for two carriages for the use of the Artillery -

- relating to the settlement of the Accounts of the Agent of the Penobscot Tribe of Indians 

which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
