The House resumed the consideration of the order of the 6th instant providing for the State printing the current year & the question was upon amending the order by inserting the words "and that said Committee shall receive sealed proposals from the several printers in the town of Portland until the - day of January instant regard being had to quality of materials & manner of execution and the question upon adopting this amendment was taken by yeas & nays as follows Yeas 131 Nays 4 - and the order passed as amended - sent up for concurrence
