Report - of the Committee on Parishes granting leave to bring in a Bill on the Petition of the Selectmen of Phillips - came from the Senate for concurrence, recommitted to the same Committee - and the House concurred.

Bill - to incorporate the Proprietors of the Fulton Steam Mills, was read a second time and tomorrow at 11 o'clock assigned for a third reading.
