It gives me great pleasure to say that Mr. Walter S. Poor during his college course gave ample proof of high moral principle and intellectual capacity.
I know him to be a man of integrity, of generous devotion to the cause he enlists in, of great energy and perseverance in executing his plans; and I cordially recommend him as worthy of high trusts.
