Bill to establish the salaries of the Judge and Register of Probate for the County of Waldo and Resolve additional authorizing the purchase of Books for the use of the Legislature were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

The committee on State Lands were discharged from the further consideration of the petition of the Proprietors of Oxford Bridge.

The Secretary of State came in and laid upon the table a written message from the Governor accompanied by a written communication from Charles S. Davis, and the same was read and referred to the committee on that part of the Governor's speech relating to the North Eastern Boundary. Sent down for concurrence. concurred
