Petition of Ephraim Batchelder & others for an Academy in St Albans & papers relative thereto came from the Senate referred to the Committee on Literary Institutions. (sent up) for concurrence  & the House concurred.

Resolve authorizing Ira Fisk to purchase certain timber of the Agent of the Penobscot Tribe of Indians was read a second time & passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft - sent up for concurrence.

Report of Committee to whom was referred the Petition of Inhabitants of Stetson Plantation that the Petitioners have leave to bring in a Bill came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.
