67 Bill making further provision for the partition of real estate laid on the table by Mr. Deane of Ellsworth was read & referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of John Gowen & others that so much of their lands as lie in Acton should be set off and annexed to Shapleigh was read & referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns - sent up for concurrence.

Petition of the town of Athens for a separate representation was read & referred to the Committee on Apportionment of Representatives &c sent up for concurrence

Report of Mr. P. Norton Land Agent came from the Senate for concurrence with their vote reconsidered whereby they concurred with the House & the House recede from their former vote ordering 200 copies of said report to be printed.

The order relative to the State Printing came from the Senate taken into a new draft & passed for concurrence & the House recede from their former votes on this subject & pass the order in concurrence with the Senate.

An order came from the Senate passed for concurrence authorizing the Valuation Committee to procure such rooms, furniture, stationary & other articles & materials as they may find necessary for their use & accommodation & also to engage such messengers or attendants as they may need to take care of said rooms & attend on said Committee & the House concurred.

Report of the Agent of the Matanawcook Road came from the Senate for concurrence as referred to the Committee on State Roads & the House concurred.
