Resolve in favor of the Passamaquoddy Indians was read a first time and tomorrow at eleven oclock assigned for a second reading.

The House resumed the consideration of the Bill to regulate banks and Banking and after much discussion the question upon sticking out of the third line in the sixteenth section of said Bill the words "of one half" was taken by yeas and nays as follows Yeas 89. And the House adjourned until nine oclock tomorrow morning.
