Petition - of John Stratton and others for liberty to establish a Horse or Steam Ferry Boat at Sullivans Ferry was read and referred to the committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Warren Colby for relief from oppressive Judicial process - was read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary - sent for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Timothy Hall Jr. came from the Senate passed to be engrossed for concurrence and the same was referred to a Select Committee consisting of Messrs. Shaw of Standish, Robinson of Litchfield and Stevens of Lincolnville.
