[1825 February 24.]

Resolve relating to the Judicial Courts in the County of Lincoln,” which was read once and indefinitely postponed: sent down for concurrence. -

[Resolves]

Mr. Kelsey from the Committee, on an order upon that subject, reported a

Resolve authorizing the Land Agent, in conjunction with the Land Agent of Massachusetts, to sell timber on certain undivided lands,” which was read and passed to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence. -

[Bills]

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied, viz. -

Bill to incorporate the town of Kirkland,”

Bill additional to an Act to regulate the manufacture and inspection of stone lime and lime casks,”

Bill granting certain priviliges [privileges] to the town of Islesborough,” and

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the Brunswick Force Pump Waterworks,”

And they were passed to be enacted:

Resolve laying a tax on the several Counties,” and

Resolve authorizing the Treasurer to purchase fuel for the use of the State:” -

And they were severally passed.

Mr. Stebbins from the Committee on an order upon that subject reported a Resolve making an appropriation for the State Prison,” which was read twice and passed to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence. -
