Report on the petition of Isaac Ilsley & als in behalf of the Mariners Church, referring the petition to the next Legislature, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill - regulating the fees of Jurors, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that the Senate be requested to take from their files the petition of the Proprietors of the Damariscotta Canal for a Lottery, which was presented to the last & referred to the present Legislature & send the same to this House - read & passed

Bible concerning Bible Societies, Religious Tract Societies & Societies for improvement in Sacred Music, was laid on the table with the report of the Conferees recommending that the same be indefinitely postponed. The House accepted the Report & postponed the Bill accordingly.
