Resolve in favor of Buxton and Hollis came from the Senate passed to be engrossed for concurrence & the House nonconcur and adhere to their former vote indefinitely postponing the resolve sent up for concurrence

The Committee on engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed Bill providing for the first meeting of the County Commissioners in Kennebec County additional regulating elections which were severally passed to be enacted sent up for concurrence

Resolve respecting Bridges in the towns of Buxton & Hollis was read 1st time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading

An order came from the Senate appointing messrs Sweat, Kingsbury & Meqquier with such as the House may join a Committee to examine the extra bills of the members of the valuation committee with instructions and Messrs Bourne of Kennebunk, Smith of Westbrook & Gibson of Denmark were joined on the part of the House
