Met according to adjournment.

Mr Eastman of Strong, Abbot of Castine & Church of North Salem have leave of absence after tomorrow & Mr Pond of Bucksport after today, each during the remainder of the session.

Resolve respecting the Managers of the Sullivan Bridge Lottery laid on the table by Mr Abbot of Castine, was referred to the members of the Judiciary committee on the part of the House

Resolve for the payment of contingent expenses, was read once and Thursday at 10 o clock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve for the purchase of Stationary, was read once & tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a second reading

Bill – to repeal the 26th Sec. of an act entitled an act to organize, govern & discipline the Militia of this State, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill – an act additional to an act entitled an act to incorporate the President, Directors & Company of the Augusta Bank, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked C – Sent up for concurrence

Bill – to incorporate the Fayette Musical Society, came from the Senate postponed indefinitely for concurrence & the House receded from their former votes and concurred.

Bill – respecting attachment of real estate, came from the Senate, passage refused for concurrence – and the House so far reconsidered their former votes as to concur the Senate.
