of repealing an act additional to an act fixing the compensation of the Council, Senate & House of Representatives, passed the twenty third day of February one thousand eight hundred & twenty four - and the House non concurred.

Reports on the petition of Elisha Winslow - -Charles Hayden & others granting leave to withdraw; came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report of the committee on the order to inquire into the expediency of repealing that pact of a certain act which authorizes Courts to liberate or dispose of poor convicts, that it is not necessary for the Legislature to act on the subject came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report of the committee on the order to inquire into the expediency of so amending the laws for the benefit of poor debtors, as to provide a more effectual relief for the creditor, that legislation would at this time be useless, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
