[Semiannual returns of Banks laid on table & 300 copies ordered to be printed] The Secretary of State came in and laid on the table the last semiannual returns of the several banks in this State and also the annual returns of said Banks which were referred to the joint standing committee on Banks and Banking and 300 copies of the Abstract of said returns ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature.
