Report on the petition of John F Reeves granting leave to withdraw, came down accepted in Senate for concurrence & the House concurred.

Bill - to incorporate the Eastport Savings Bank, was read 1st & 2d time & amended at P by striking out October and inserting April & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - extending the provisions of an act incorporating the Proprietors of the Kennebunk Pier, was read a 1st & 2d time & Saturday next at ten o clock assigned for a third reading

Bill - to annex part of the town of Surry to the town of Ellsworth was reported with sundry amendments as on sheet annexed marked B which were adopted, read a third time and on motion referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

The committee to contract for the State Printing for the current year made a report which was assigned for consideration at ten o clock tomorrow.
