Bill - in addition to an Act to incorporate the Schoodic River Log Company, came down the Senate adhering to their vote indefinitely postponing this Bill. The House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed, propose a conference & appoint as Conferees on their part Messrs Vance of Baring, Bradbury of Hollis & Carpenter of Howland.

Bill - to prevent the destruction of fish in Sebasticook River came down, the Senate adhering to their vote, proposing a conference & appointing as Conferees Messrs Cushman, Hill & Parsons - The House accept the Conference & appoint as conferees Messrs Clark of Hallowell, McCobb of Phipsburg & Baldwin of Mercer.

Resolve in favor of Nathaniel Springer was read once & tomorrow at nine o clock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve relating to the History of Maine, was taken up & the House indefinitely postponed the same

Bill - to set off Amos Hills & Luther Eames from Newry to Bethel, came down the Senate adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed - The House adhered to their vote postponing the same indefinitely.

Bill - to annex part of the town of Canton to the town of Jay came down the Senate, adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed. The House adhered to their vote referring the same to the next Legislature.
