came from the Senate, that body refusing to adopt the amendment of the House at B and further amending the same at A. The House adopt the proposed amendment of the Senate at A - adhere to their vote adopting the amendment at B and pass the Bill to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
Bill - additional act respecting the settlement of Estates was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a 3d reading.
