Deaf & Dumb passed the fifth day of February last, was read & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - ceding to the United States the jurisdiction of Mount Desert Rock, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - additional to an act ascertaining what shall constitute the legal settlement; & providing for the relief & support, employment & removal of the poor, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Bill - repealing part of an additional act respecting highways was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Report of the Committee on the Governors Message of 30th of January & on a report from Hon. Wm King & John Chandler requesting to be discharged from the consideration thereof was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - additional Act respecting Foreign Attachment - - giving additional powers to Justices of the Peace in certain cases - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The same Committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of Joseph Southwick - - appointing Commissioners to settle with certain Land Agents - - in favor of Daniel Rose - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
