[Bill concerning Paupers referred to the next Legislature] Mr. Phelps from the conferees on the disagreement of the two houses respecting the Bill to ascertain the number, connection & annual expense of the Paupers in this State reported that they had met the conferees of the House and had agreed to recommend the reference of this Bill to the next Legislature. Read and accepted and the Senate having reconsidered their former vote referred this Bill to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

[Message to the Governor] Mr. Grover was charged with a message to the Governor and Council informing them of the qualification of Levi Hubbard Esq. Counsellor.

[Bills & Resolve passed to be engrossed] Bill providing for the survey and admeasurement of logs as amended "additional respecting foreign attachments as amended "additional to an Act establishing a Court of Common Pleas as amended

and Resolve in favor of Daniel Rose were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

[Order respecting adjournment] On motion by Mr. Emerson. Ordered that this Legislature will adjourn sine die on Wednesday next and that all committees be instructed to report previous to that time and all finished business shall be referred to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence.
