Bill to increase the capital stock of the Central Bank, reported by the committee on Banks and Banking, was read once and Monday next at eleven o'clock in the forenoon assigned for a second reading.

Mr Ingalls, from the Conferees on the part of the Senate, on the subject of a disagreement between the two Houses in relation to additional Resolves relating to the North Eastern Boundary, reported that the Conferees on the part of the Senate had met the conferees on the part of the House in full and free conference, and that said conferees had been unable to agree; and the conferees on the part of the Senate recommend that the Senate adhere to their vote passing said resolves to be engrossed as amended. Whereupon the Senate refuse to accept the report of the Conferees, and recede from their vote passing said Resolves to be engrossed as amended, and concur the House in passing said Resolves to be engrossed as originally reported.

The report of the committee on the Judiciary on the petition of James Rangley, referring said petition to the committee on Finance and asking leave to be discharged from the further consideration of said petition, came up from the House accepted for concurrence, and the Senate concurred.

The Senate reconsider the vote whereby they assigned Monday next for a second reading of a resolve in favour of the Matinawcook road, and after some discussion, said Resolve
