304 [Resolve respecting bridges] Resolve respecting bridges in the towns of Buxton and Hollis came up from the House referred to the next Legislature for concurrence. And the Senate concurred. [Report of the conferees on the petition of Joel Wellington] The conferees on the part of the Senate, on the subject of a difference between the two Houses on a "Resolve in favor of Joel Wellington" made a report which was accepted and thereupon the further consideration of the subject was indefinitely postponed. Sent down for concurrence. [Resolve in favor of Todd & Holden] Resolve in favor of Todd & Holden was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence. [Resolve authorizing the Gov & Council to settle with Erastus Foote] Resolve authorizing the Governor and Council to settle the claims of Erastus Foote and John Ruggles came up from the House referred to the next Legislature. The Senate recede from their vote passing said Resolve to be engrossed and concur the House in referring the same to the next Legislature. Ordered, that when the Senate adjourn, it adjourn to meet again at half past two o'clock this afternoon. [Injunction of secrecy removed] Resolved, that the injunction of secrecy under which the Members, Secretary and Messengers of the Senate were laid, by orders, or resolves, of the 28th February last and of the 25th March instant, be removed. Adjourned.
