Bill additional regulating elections and Resolve in favour of Nathaniel Haskell were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Davee, from the joint standing committee on the incorporation of towns, reported orders of notice on the petition of inhabitants of No. 23 of inhabitants of Bradley's & Eastman's Grant, of Robert H. Eastman and others, severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve in favour of Benjamin Brown was read a second time and a passage refused. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve in favour of the town of Orland, and an additional Resolve respecting the dividing line between Gray and Windham, reported by the committee on the Judiciary, were severally read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to enable the town of Atkinson to assess taxes payable in money for making, repairing, and maintaining highways, reported by the committee on Turnpikes, Bridges, and Canals, was read once, and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
