Report on Petition of Massachusetts Society for promotion of Agriculture came from the Senate amended for concurrence and the House reconsider their former vote accepting the same, adopt the amendment proposed by the Senate and accept the same as amended in concurrence.

Report on an order relating to notices published in the "Age" that legislation on that subject is inexpedient was accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Report on petition of John Gardiner and others granting an order of notice was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State was read twice and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

A message came from the Senate by their Secretary informing the House that the Senate had reconsidered their vote passing to be engrossed a Bill to prevent fraud in the Inspection of Fish, amend the same and passed the Bill to be engrossed as amended requesting the concurrence of the House - and the House reconsider their votes passing the Bill to be enacted and to be engrossed, adopt the amendment proposed by the Senate, further amend the amendment and pass the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended, and the Clerk by message acquainted the Senate therewith and requested their concurrence.
