Monday, February 7, 1831.

[Bill enacted.] An Act to enable Piere Riberot Cazeaux and Lundall Pitts Cazeaux to have and hold real estate in this State, reported by the Committee on Engrossed Bills, as correctly copied from the original, was passed to be enacted.

[Bill respecting attachment of Property.] On motion of Mr. Kingsbery, an additional Act respecting the Attachment of property on mesne process - was taken up - read once, and Thursday next at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

[Bill to annex E. Thompson, from &c] An Act to annex part of the land of Ephraim Thompson and Stephen Rounds to the town of Brownfield, reported by the committee on the incorporation of Towns, was read once, and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

[Bill, practice of Physic & surgery.] An additional Act regulating the practise [practice] of physic and surgery, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed, as taken into a new draft. Sent down for concurrence. came up concurred.

[Act concerning Enginemen.] An Act authorizeing the Selectmen of Hallowell to appoint an additional number of enginemen - was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

[Pet. taken from the files & refered.] On motion of Mr. Drummond, the petition of Nathaniel Davis was taken from the files and laid on the table, and afterwards referred to the Joint standing committee on claims. Sent down for concurrence.

[Bill to Incorporate Portland Theatre] An Act to incorporate the Portland Theatre was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
