Met according to adjournment

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed - Bill - for the preservation of Fish in the town of Columbia - - to incorporate the first Roman Catholic Society in the town of Hope - - to regulate the Shad and Alewive Fishery in the town of Warren in the County of Lincoln - making further provision for the partition of real Estate, which were severally passed to be enacted. The same Committee reported as duly engrossed - Resolve for selling timber on the Indian Townships - which was finally passed.

Report of Committee on Judiciary on the Order of the 18.th. instant in relation to amending an additional act to provide for the sale and distribution of Ministerial and School funds - that legislation on the subject is inexpedient - came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report of the Committee on Incorporation of Towns granting an order of notice on Petition of Jedediah Adams and others - came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Bill to sett off John Grindell from Sedgwick to Bluehill was first and second time and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a third reading.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed - Bill to set off Adam Weed from Thorndike to Knox, which was passed to be enacted.
