Mr Davee, from the committee on the Incorporation of towns, reported orders of notice on the petition of Selectmen of Eden, Selectmen of Goldsborough, Selectmen of Hampton, Selectman of Trenton, and inhabitants of Mariaville plantation, and also on the petition of John Bradbury and others, and certain inhabitants of Ripley and Wellington, severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Merrill, from a joint select committee, reported leave to withdraw on "petition of William Mr. Rogers and others. read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The report of the committee on the Judiciary on the petition of Leonard Mr. Parker granting leave to withdraw, came up from the House accepted for concurrence, and the Senate concurred.

The petition of Isaac Hodgdon " of John Hodgdon for allowance of their claims against the State were severally read and referred to the committee on claims in concurrence.
