Bill to provide for the general vaccination of the inhabitants of the State was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

On motion of Burnham the Senate resumed the consideration of the resolves respecting the United States Bank.

A written message was received from the Governour, transmitting the report, preamble, and Resolves of the General Court of Massachusetts in relation to the North Eastern Boundary; and also the report of Gorham Parks, agent appointed to communicate to the Government of Massachusetts the Resolves of the Government of Massachusetts the Resolves of this Legislature relating to the same subject, which was read and with said documents referred to the committee that have under consideration so much of the Governour's message as relates to the North Eastern Boundary. Sent down for concurrence.

After some discussion on the question of passing the Preamble and Resolves respecting the United States Bank to be engrossed. A motion was made by Mr Keith that when the Senate adjourn, it adjourn to meet again at half past two o'clock this afternoon, which motion prevailed, and the Senate accordingly
