[Report on an order relating to taxing certain species of property.] Mr. Megquier from the Joint standing committee on the Judiciary, to whom was refered an order relating to the taxation of certain species of property by the valuation committee, made a report which was read and accepted. Sent own for concurrence. concurred.

[Bill regulating to education of Youth.] An additional Act to provide for the education of Youth, was read a second time and refered to Messrs. Ingalls, Fuller and Megquier.

[Resolve Chas McKenny.] Resolve in favour of Charles McKenny, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence.

[Bill authorizing the Inhabts. of N. District of Washington to choose Regr. of Deeds.] An Act authorizeing the Inhabitants of the North District in the county of Washington to choose a Register of Deeds, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
