190 On Motion of Mr Wiliams. Ordered, that the injunction of secrecy be so far removed as to permit the transfer of the Order introduced by the member from Bangor, for the removal of the injunction of secrecy and the proceeding thereon, from the secret Journal to the public Journal of this House, provided the Senate concur in the passage of the Order.

The secret session was then closed.
