321 On motion of Mr. Megquier Ordered that the Secretary of the Senate be directed to transfer the proceedings of the Senate in Secret Sessions during the present session to the public Journal of the Senate.
On motion of Mr. Hunton ordered that Messrs Hunton, Emerson and Thayer with such as the House may join be a committee to wait on the Governor and inform him that the two Houses of the Legislature have passed upon all the business before them and are ready to adjourn without day and inquire if he has any further communication to make to them. Sent down for concurrence, came up concurred and Messrs. Clifford, Parker, Knowlton, Smith and O'Brien of the House were joined.
