Met according to adjournment

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed - Resolve - additional to a Resolve for a Special Term of the Supreme Judicial Court in the County of Somerset - also - - in favor of the town of Albany - which were finally passed - sent up for concurrence.

The same Committee reported as duly engrossed - Bill - additional to exempt from taxation, Manufacturing Companies of Cotton, Wool, Iron and Steel for limited times - to incorporate the town of Houlton - additional regulating Judicial process and proceedings - which were severally passed to be enacted sent up for concurrence.

Ordered - that the Governor be requested to transmit to this House the names of the owners of Bank Stock within this State with the amount owned by each so far as they have been returned by the Banks or Bank Commissioners.

Bill - establishing a Literary Institution in the Town of Westbrook was read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill regulating the taking of Fish the Sheepscot River was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheets annexed marked A and B - sent up for concurrence.
