Resolve in favor of Zadock [?] Bishop and another, came from the House amended, the Senate recede from their vote whereby they passed said Resolve to be engrossed, adopt the amendment proposed by the House, and pass the same to be engrossed as amended in concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills, reported as correctly engrossed; Bill to incorporate the Scowhegan Free Bridge; Bill giving further remedy in cases of willful trespass; Bill in addition to an act to incorporate the town of Pembroke; Bill for the preservation of the Rumford Bridge; Bill to incorporate the Somerset Horticultural Society; and the same were severally passed to be enacted

The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed; Resolve in favor of George F. Richardson, in favor of the town of Bangor, in favor of the Penobscot Tribe of Indians; in addition to a Resolution in favor of Herbert Savage ; for the relief of Tappan Fennings for the relief of Alvin Pike for the benefit of John Bennock and the same were severally finally passed.
