112 Memorial of William King requesting a settlement of his account as Agent under the Resolve of Feby. 12. 1823. and also under the Resolve of April 2. 1831. came from the Senate referred to the Committee who have under consideration the Message of the Governor of Jany 23. 1832. for concurrence and the House concurred

Moore & others Inhabitants of Waterville, __ of Benj. Brown and others Inhabitants of Vassalborough __ of E. D. Howard & others Inhabitants of Sidney against the Petition of the Kennebec Boom Corporation, were severally read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals - sent up for concurrence.

Petition of John Libby & others that the Land Agent may be authorized to sell a certain Township of Land to said Petitioners - also Petition of Daniel Lindsey and five others for a grant of land were severally read and referred to the Committee on State Lands - sent up for concurrence.

Ellis to make a deed to him. __ of Levi Cram and others against extra Judicial Oaths - and - Remonstrance of six hundred and forty of the Citizens of Portland against a City form of government - were severally read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary - sent up for concurrence.
