A Bill entitled An Act in addition to an Act to provide for the education of Youth was read a third time and passed to be engrossed - sent up for concurrence -

On motion of Mr Harvey Ordered, that that [sic] the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to consider the expediency of authorizing the County Commissioners for the County of Penobscot, in behalf of said County to assume the making and repairing so much of a road in Dutton as lies between the Kenduskeag Stream and Levant village with leave to report by bill or otherwise - sent up for concurrence -

The Report of the Warden of the State Prison was taken up and referred to the Committee on the State Prison - sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Chase Ordered that the Committee on Interior Fisheries be directed be directed [sic] to inquire if any and what alterations are necessary in an Act entitled An additional Act to the several Acts for the preservation of Fish in the Penobscot River and Bay and the several Streams emptying into the same passed March 3. 1829 with leave to report by bill or otherwise, sent up for concurrence -
