Bill to incorporate the Franklin Bank - to incorporate the Lubec Mining Company - to incorporate the Lubec Manufacturing Company - for preserving Ticonic Bridge - additional to alter the time of the meeting of the county commissioners in Lincoln County, were severally read a first and second time and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a third reading.

Resolve in favor of David Trask was read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve in favor of Charles Jarvis was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Allen Haines, - for admitting James T. Leavitt to practice law were severally read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.
