The joint Standing Committee on the Militia to whom was recommitted a Bill to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State, reported the same as amended. The Senate further amend as by Sheet annexed, and commit the same to Messrs. Keith Herrick and Pease.

Bill to annex a part of the town of York, to the town of South Berwick, came from the House, recommitted; The Senate recede from the vote whereby they passed said Bill to be engrossed, and recommit the same in concurrence.

Resolve respecting the Passamaquoddy Tribe of Indians. Read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Mr Boutelle from the joint standing committee on the Judiciary to whom was recommitted a Report on an order relative to repealing a Resolve passed March 9. 1832 fixing the compensation of Agents appointed upon several State Roads; made a report asking leave to be discharged from the further consideration of the same. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
