The petition of George F. Richardson praying for reimbursements for money paid for taxes and other expenses. Read and referred to the Joint Standing Committee on State Lands in concurrence.

The petition of the Selectmen of Liberty praying for a Separate representation. Read and referred to the Joint Select Committee on Apportionment in concurrence.

In Convention Agreeably to assignment the two Houses of the Legislature met in Convention when Judah Dana and Thomas Sawyer Jr. Councillors elect came in, and too and subscribed the oaths required by the Constitution to qualify them to enter upon the discharge of their official duties before the President of the convention and in presence of both Houses of the Legislature. The Convention then Separated.
