The Senate reconsider the vote whereby they passed to be engrossed a Bill additional to an Act granting a Lottery to encourage Steam navigation in this State, and for other purposes, amend the same as on sheet annexed marked A and pass the same to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills, reported as correctly engrossed; Bill relative to the inspection of Lime and of Barrels and Casks. Bill to incorporate the town of Lexington. " to empower the town of Augusta to raise money for certain purposes. Bill additional regulating Elections. " to incorporate the Gardiner Savings Institution Bill making certain interests in real estate, liable to the payment of debts. Bill additional to an Act to provide for the education of Youth; and the same were severally passed to be enacted

The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed; Resolve in favor of Daniel Savage and others. Resolve authorizing the sale of land in the town of Lincoln. Resolve in favor of Abraham Osgood. " for printing and distributing the Militia Laws.
