Remonstrance of the inhabitants of Fairfield against a Boom at Brown's Island - of the inhabitants of Winthrop against the petition of the Kennebec Boom Corporation were severally read and referred to the committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals sent up for concurrence.

Petition of the owners of Pews in the Baptist Meeting House in the first Baptist Society in China for leave to sell said Meeting House was read and referred to the Committee on Parishes, sent up for concurrence.

Report on petition of Dean Skinner and others granting an order of notice came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report on petition of Abraham Morrill and others referring the same to the next Legislature, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report of the Committee on Division of Towns on the petition of Thomas Pennel and Nathan Thomas, came from the Senate recommitted to the same committee for concurrence and the House concurred.
